读罢《船主与漆工》一文,让人眼前顿感一亮。何为亮点,一是,为漆工的“补漏”之举而赞叹。理由是从漆工的“补漏”之中看到了工作主动与责任。原来船主只是让漆工把船上涂一层漆。漆工在给船涂完漆以后,发现船有漏洞,于是顺手将船上的漏洞补上。应该说,这事可做可不做,因为船主没有让他补漏。但漆工还是把船上的漏洞补了。在漆工的眼里,这是举手之劳的事,也没有觉得补漏有什么大不了的事。但是船主却为之高兴,于是在支付给漆工的工钱之后,另外还给了漆工补漏的钱。并对漆工说,“当得知我的孩子们驾船出海,我就知道他们回不来了。因为船上有漏洞,现在他们却平安归来,所以我感谢你!”显然,从船主与漆工的对话中,我们看到了漆工的责任和船主的善心。漆工顺便补漏,不仅将船修复,而且还救了船主孩子们的生命。从漆工顺便补漏中,我们看到了勤劳与责任。在现实生活中,我们都应该从漆工这顺便补的,得到一些启迪与教益。如果多一些顺便“补漏”,那么我们的工作与学习就多一份主动,就多一份责任;如果我们多一些顺便“补漏”,对社会,对他人就多一些温暖,也不会出现老人跌倒,不愿意扶,也不敢扶的“尴尬”事。 从漆工补漏的一事中,也让人们懂得了一个做人的道理,与他人方便,就是为自己方便。倘若漆工只是教条式给船上涂一层漆,看到船上有漏洞不去补,也不愿意做这个顺便之事,那么其结果又会怎样?正如船主说的,若不是漆工补漏,那么他的孩子们还能平安回来?《船主与漆工》事很小,但却告诉我们一个普通浅显的道理,多做一些像漆工顺便补漏的事,就会为他人增添一份关爱;多一份责任,就会为身边人构筑安全护栏,为社会增添一份温暖与和谐。反之,船有漏洞不补,只是按部就班,机械式、教条式的工作,漆工不仅得不到船主一大笔补漏的钱,而且工钱也难以保障。船如果因漏洞而沉没,那么漆工在哪里涂漆?漆工补漏,让我们看到了在责任,看到了人性最善、最美的一面。
