线条柔和者为通子。他们是通达之人,面对明主或昏君,他们或入仕为官,或隐逸山林。他们顺应时局地选择,该退时则退。于是面对乱世,他们或垂钓于濮水,或放歇于邺下,或采菊于东篱,或幽居于竹林。他们行吟高歌,他们倚风长啸。心如澄澈秋水,再如不系之舟者如庄子,他持竿不顾,宁“曳尾于途”;心中悠然忘我者如陶渊明,“登东皋以舒啸,临清流而赋诗”;闲适者如王维,“行到水穷处,坐看云起时”……
