什么是财富,仁者见仁智者见智,但无外乎有如下观点,财富就是金钱,财富就是知识,财富就是阅历………。严格来说这些观点没有问题,但笔者认为高尚的职业道德也是宝贵的财富。比如这个船主和漆工的故事,船主交代给漆工的任务是刷漆,所以漆工只要能认真完成刷漆任务即可,但职业道德告诉这个漆工,这个洞可能会让这艘船沉没,所以道德的力量让他但这个漆工却在刷完漆之后补上这个漏洞。而正是这个不经意举动使漆工不仅赢得了船主大量的额外奖励,而且还赢得了大家的尊重。德国哲学家康德这样一句话:“世界上惟有两样东西让我们深深感动,一是我们头顶灿烂的星空,一是我们内心崇高的道德。”灿烂的星空就是我们的理想,而实现理想的途径就是要具备崇高的道德。
