中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库2011年第S1期经济与管理科学辑ChineseMaster"sThesesFull-textDatabase2011,No.S1EconomicsandManagementSciencesJ157-140-1中国蜂蜜产品出口优势及目标市场研究龙婧学位授予单位:华中农业大学;学科专业:产业经济学摘要蜂业是我国的传统特色产业,集经济、社会和生态效益于一体,是现代农业的重要组成部分。我国是世界最大的蜂产品生产国和出口国,蜂蜜生产量和出口量分别占世界的1/5和1/4强,我国蜂业是典型的外向型产业。详细研究蜂蜜的世界市场和中国的出口状况,分析当前出口中存在的问题及其原因,并提出解决办法,对促进中国蜂蜜贸易的持续发展,加快蜂蜜产区经济的发展,增加农民收入都具有重要的意义。本文通过分析世界蜂蜜贸易的市场环境及供求现状和趋势研究为背景,重点研究中国蜂蜜出口格局,考察了主要蜂蜜消费国的需求特征;对中国蜂蜜出口的国际竞争力进行了指标测算;运用定性和定量的方法分析了中国蜂蜜出口的影响因素;重点讨论了影响中国蜂蜜出口的贸易壁垒;最后有针对性地提出相应对策建议。本文通过分析认为,蜂蜜质量、国内外需求变化、进口国的贸易壁垒和国内生产组织化程度等是制约中国蜂蜜出口贸易主要原因,要扩大中国蜂蜜出口,必须依靠科技进步,提高蜂蜜产业化发展水平,扩大市场范围,同时还要针对不同的市场实施相应的出口策略。关键词:中国蜂蜜;;出口贸易;;目标市场中图分类号:F752.62AbstractApicultureisatraditionalandspecialindustryinChina.Asanimportantpartofmodernagriculture,ithaseconomic,socialandecologicalbenefit.China,knownasthelargestcountryforproducingandexportingbeeproductsintheworld,hasoccupiedmorethan1/5and1/4ofworldhoneyoutputandexportvolume.Soapicultureisatypicalexport-orientedindustry.InordertopromoteChina"shoneytradeandeconomicdevelopmentofhoneyareaandincreasepeasants"income,itisnecessarytostudyinternationalhoneymarketandChina"shoneyexportation,seekoutthefactorsinfluencinghoneyexportationofChinaandthenworkoutasolutiontoproblems.Firstly,currentsituationandfuturetrendoftheworldtradeofpearareanalyzed.TheemphasisofthispartisputonthestatusofChinesepearexportationandthedemandcharacterofmainconsumingnations.Then,adaptingtheindexsystem,thepositiveanalysisofinternationalcompetitivepowerconcerningoftheChinesepeariscarriedout.ThefactorsinfluencingpearexportationofChinaareanalyzedbymeansofqualitativeandquantitativemethod.ThetradebarriersfacingpearexportationofChinaaredebatedemphaticallyandthentheconstructivesolutionisputforwards.Basedontheaboveanalysis,thefactorssuchasproductqualityandstructureofpear,overseasanddomesticdemandchange,tradebarriers,theorganizationofpearproductionlimittheexpandingofChina"spearexportation.InordertoimproveChina"spearexportbenefit,itisnecessarytodependonthescienceandtechnology,establishtheefficientpearindustrialorganization,strengthentheexportationcontrol,expandthepearmarketandcarryouttargetmarketingstrategyaccordingtodifferentmarketcharacters.KeyWords:ChinaHoney;;ExportTrade;;TargetMarket导师:夏厚俊;导师单位:华中农业大学
